Prepare/Enrich is the MOST TRUSTED program for relationship improvement. This evidence-based program is used by profeesors and students and is very adaptable because of its continnued research. It covers all aspects of relationships including spirituality, career, life, culture, children, and more. You can become a facilitator by attending a training session. 

Our comprehensive and virtual Women's Group will offer conversation, feedback, and tools on how to navigate life as a woman. Topics will range from mental health to financial management. This supportive group will provide encouragement, empowerment, strength, and of course support. Women of all ages and backgrounds are welcome. 

Join us for an in-person CPR and First Aid class hosted by Sunflowers Wellness LLC. Learn life-saving techniques and get certified through the American Heart Association for 2 years. In the CPR and First Aid Course, you will be trained in Basic Life Skills, AED, Bloodborne Pathogen and First Aid. Once you complete the class, you will be certified for 2 years with the American Heart Association.
